Question

Why is the around 30 days of missing transactions after download ? Parts of 2 months wont download, even after retrying several times ?

All records are fine either side of these missing transactions. How can i get them to show up ? Or can i add them manually ? Or wil this cause a problem in the long run ?

Hello there, axe. I assure you that I'm here to help you and want to let you know that this isn't what we want you to experience. 

May I ask which bank you are currently using? This will allow me to check if there are any reported issues regarding your bank. Ongoing issues could be due to system maintenance or an alert that requires your bank's attention.

 

I recommend checking your bank's website for ongoing maintenance. If there's a missing transaction reflected in your bank, we can manually upload it using a CSV file. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Transaction, then select the Banking transactions.
  2. Click the drop-down arrow beside the Link account.
  3. Choose Upload from file.
  4. Browse for the file you've downloaded, then click Next.
  5. Follow the prompts to map and import your file successfully.

After importing the missing transactions, you can start categorising and matching them.
