I'd like to know if you've tried to do browser troubleshooting steps after getting this error. I'd recommend doing it if you haven't tried it to determine if it's a browser issue that's stopping you from getting in touch with our support team.
You can follow the steps below:
- Open an incognito browser before logging in to your QuickBooks Online account. Here are the shortcut keys to access the private window:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Hold down ⌘ + Option + P
- Check if you can get in touch with the support.
- If it works, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. This is done to avoid getting the same issue.
