Why is the QBO banking credit card data download to HSBC so flakey and unreliable compared to the banking HSBC current account download?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the QuickBooks Online Community. 

We are in the process of upgrading the bank connections within QuickBooks Online in line with PSD2 regulations, meaning the current feeds are being replaced with a more secure, reliable open bank feed. Currently the new connection is only available to specific accounts, so it may be that your current account is on the new connection whereas the credit card is on the pre-existing standard connection.
