Your Survey is not open?

HI Team,

 

I'm disappointed that the Survey on your site is not working. Perhaps you don't want to listen to us after all?

Here at QuickBooks we really care about what our customers think. So much so, that we've created a survey where you can have your input and shape the way we provide services to you in the future.

 

 

 

Coronavirus Support

For every completed survey, we'll be donating $1 to the World Health Organisation (WHO) to support the battle against COVID-19.

 

 

Click here to complete the survey.

 

But when I click on the Complete survey it tells me the Survey is not open?  Were you not getting the answers you wanted?

Thanks for letting us know about this and sharing it in the QuickBooks forum, @RoscoPC,

 

We want to make sure all of our customer feedback or survey is heard. Regarding the survey you're referring to, this has already been closed by our content team. Don't worry, we will have them update it, but we can't give you a turnaround time on when it will happen.

 

Normally, our Content Team gather surveys from our customers periodically within a certain duration. We can't confirm on when they will roll out another survey, since they work on this internally.

 

Even so, we will be sending communications through email, Community or social media in the future.
