Anyone else having issues with the transactions downloading? Mine haven’t downloaded for 2 weeks now. No errors come up.

Hi lisa117,

 

If your bank feeds aren't downloading but you're not seeing any specific error codes, try following the first two steps in this article to see if this resolves the problem. If not, I would encourage you to reach out to your Support Team directly as there are a variety of reasons as to why they are not downloading. They can record this particular use case and troubleshoot with you to resolve the problem.

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Contact us and enter the details of your concern.
  3. Click Let's talk and choose Chat or Get a callback.
  4. Enter the required information.
