Bank will not reconnect - despite quickbooks recording a successful connection

When refreshing my bank account connection I get 'Connection Complete!' but when I return to the dashboard I still have the 'connection expired' notice and I cannot refresh my bank feed.

Thanks for reaching out. Are you able to let me know what Bank you're trying to connect and if you use a token or device to generate a security code?
