Hello, @marianette-abili. I'll help you upload your receipts inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

I appreciate your effort in ensuring that the app is kept up-to-date to address the issue. Since you're still unable to upload receipts using the app, let's troubleshoot your mobile app to determine the cause of the missing icon. Here's how:

  1. Restart the application.
  2. Clear the app data. Go to Settings, then Apps, choose the QuickBooks app, and clear data.
  3. Turn off and restart your phone
  4. Uninstall and reinstall the app.

If the issue still persists, let me show you how to upload your receipts using your laptop or PC.

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. From the left menu, select Transactions.
  3. Choose Receipts, then select Upload from computer.

Please know that QuickBooks supports PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, and PNG file types. The files uploaded should only have one receipt.

Once you've successfully uploaded your receipts, check out this article for a smoother process of recording bill payments in QuickBooks: Enter bills and record bill payments in QuickBooks online.

If you have further questions or concerns about uploading your receipts or need assistance with any QuickBooks products, please leave a comment below. Our team is always ready to help. Keep safe.
