Can we see staff rostering feature in the mobile phone app?

Hello gdaycarers-gmail,

 

Rostering is available for managers or full access users. Once the schedule has been created, employees will be notified of their schedule. Employees will receive an email to accept or decline the shift and then once accepted we also have the option to notify the employee of their shift.

 

Please check roster settings using the steps below:

 

  1. Click on the Employees tab.
  2. Click on Payroll Settings.
  3. Under Business management, select Rostering.

 

To edit employee's user access:

 

  1. Click on the Employees tab.
  2. Click on Payroll settings.
  3. Click on Employee portal access.
  4. Click on Settings, and select Allow employees to apply rostered start/finish times when clocking in/out.

 

To add employees with full access user type:

 

  1. Click on the Employees tab.
  2. Click on Payroll Settings.
  3. Click on Manage Users.
