Does anyone else have issues with Quickbooks taking their money amnd offering a pathetic service and ignore you when you ask for help? Issue since August 2023 unresolved

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Click Help (?).
3. Select Contact Us.
4. Choose Start a chat or Get a callback from the next available expert.

You can use one of the converter tools (e,g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
