Question

Glitching - has anyone experienced "glitching" in the system? I was working on a particular account and when I refreshed, the transaction I was working on disappeared?

Also, even when working on my "savings account" the system keeps reverting to saying that I am working on my Credit Card account, even though the transactions I'm working on are still in my savings account.

Thanks for posting in the Community! There isn't any reported incident glitching experience in QuickBooks Online. 

 

We can perform the browser troubleshooting steps to isolate your browser to work better and faster. Also, this is likely a cache-related issue, and we can rule this out by using a private or incognito window.

 

Use these shortcut keys to open an incognito window:

 

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.
     

After then, log in to your QuickBooks account and try checking your bank transactions again. Once, able to change it, go back to the regular browser, and clear the cache on your browser. To remove the webpage data that's causing the issue. Though, you can also use another supported browser.
