Great southern bank transactions

I’m not getting transaction feeds from Great Southern Bank.  This has been ongoing for several months.  QuickBooks tell me they are leasing with the bank but it’s now the end of the financial year.  this is the second time this has happened.  Last time I was told to download a CSV.  I did that for months then without notice transactions started to automatically download so I was left with hours of work deleting duplicate transactions so I don’t want to use the CSV option. What should I do?

I understand how important it is to establish a bank connection in QuickBooks Online. There is an ongoing Product Investigation for Great Southern Union bank showing Error 101 sometimes and no transactions updating. While we haven’t resolved this unexpected behavior yet, we are aware of this issue which is impacting all accounts. Our internal team is currently working with the Financial Institution to find a resolution.

 

I would recommend contacting our Customer Care Team, that way they can check your bank account connection and add your QuickBooks Online file to the product investigation INV-88466 for more efficient tracking.

  4. Type your concern.
