Hi community, A customer has paid their invoice and it has shown up in the bank statement but has not in quick books. What do I do there please??

Hi pcms0,

 

Thanks for your enquiry and sorry to hear about your missing transaction.

 

To troubleshoot this, try selecting the Update button near the top right of your screen within the Banking tab at least 3 times to refresh your bank feed.

 

If the transaction still doesn't show up then I recommend uploading the missing transaction via a CSV file.

 

Depending on the bank, there are a few ways to do this.
