Hi, i hv trouble with the batch remittance advices lately, I can send the first batch, then nothing happened with the second batch, i hv cleared browser data. thanx

I have tried both chrome and explorer.

Appreciate you doing the basic troubleshooting steps on your browser. There was a product investigation previously raised with batch remittance where the page freezes. We'll have to refresh the page to be able to send a new remittance advice.

 

Furthermore, are other users in the QuickBooks Online account getting the same behavior when sending batch remittance and have you tried to use a different device as well? If yes, I would recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, they can escalate the unexpected behavior encountered to our senior support and help raise an investigation.

 

Here's how to contact support:

 

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select Help (?).
3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
5. Choose a way to connect with us:

 

  • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat M-F, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM and S-S, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, AET.
  • Call us. M-F, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, AET.
