How can I export chart of accounts from QB?

Let me guide you on how you can export your Chart of accounts from QuickBooks Online.

Following are the steps to export Chart of Account:

1. Click on Transactions tab.
2. In the Chart of Accounts screen, locate the account you wanted to export.
3. Click on the drop-down arrow and select Run Report button.
4. On the top right corner of the account list, you will see 4 icons: email, print, export and setting.
5. Select the export icon to Export to an excel or PDF document.

You can also export data and list in QBO by using the steps below.

1. Open your Settings ⚙.
2. Select Export Data.
3. Use ▼ dropdown menu to select the desired Date Range, as you feel necessary.
4. Turn the toggle on, for the General Ledger.
5. Click on Export to Excel.
