How can I reset the app to link up with my computer account. No Information is being transferred over

Are you referring to resetting the QuickBooks Online Mobile app? If so, we can reset the mobile app using the Refresh data or uninstall and re-install the mobile app. Here's how to refresh data:

 

For Android phones:

 

  1. Login to Mobile App (QuickBooks).
  2. On the top right, click the 3 dot/lines and select Settings.
  3. Scroll down and select Refresh data.
  4. Click Yes.
     

For Apple phones:

 

  1. On the home page on your Mobile App, select burger icon (three horizontal lines) located on the top left.
  2. Select Help & Feedback.
  3. Select Refresh Data link.

If the above step does not resolve the issue, please uninstall and download the app again. Reinstalling the app ensures that you're using the latest version and will help get you back to business.
