How do I make sending sales forms (invoices) via the mobile app use the same email as when I do it via web?I use a custom Gmail but it sends via the QB email on the app

Using a Gmail (gsuite) email address with my company domain to send invoices on QuickBooks web but I can't find an option on Mobile

The ability to customize the email address used for sending invoices using Gmail is only available through the QuickBooks Online web browser interface, Daniel.

  1. Click on the Gear icon located in the upper right corner.
  2. Select Feedback under the Your Company section. 
  3. In the feedback form, enter your comments regarding the customization of the email address feature. 
  4. Finally, click Next to submit your feedback to our team.

 

You can personalise your invoices or sales form in QuickBooks Online. These can help you ensure your documents reflect your business's unique branding.
