I cannot see the description of my transactions when using my phone. only gives me the first section which is often not enough information to categorise!!

So that we can better support you on this, do you mind clarifying the following?

 

1. Are you using QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Self-Employed?

2. Do you have an Android or an iPhone?

3. Have you tried to uninstall and re-install the app on your phone?

4. Have you tried adjusting to a small font size in the system settings on your phone?
