I have a negative balance in uncategorised asset account it should be zero how to fix categorised incorrectly. I have tried no luck.

If your transactions are downloaded from the banking website, you'll have to make sure to categorise the transaction to a specific category/account. If not, the system will assign your transaction to the default uncategorised accounts like the Uncategorised Expense, Assets and Income accounts.

Here's how to undo added transactions in QuickBooks Online:

1. Click on the Transactions or Banking tab.
2. Click on Categorised tab.
3. Locate and click the transaction and click on Undo.
4. Click on For review tab, and locate the transaction to categorise once more.
5. Click on Add if you did not manually create a transaction. If not, click on Find match.
