I have lodged a BEAM super batch but can not pay it, how do i set up a payment plan with ATO

Hi plugzcontracting,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

When you say set up a payment plan with ATO, are you referring to paying the super batch directly to the ATO? If so, I would recommend contacting the ATO directly to get more information about the payment plan available.

 

Furthermore, when you registered with Beam to process your super payments, there are three options for payment in processing the batch:

 

  • Direct debit
  • EFT
  • BPAY

 

When you process the super batch and selected Direct debit as the payment option, you'll be asked to select the bank account you would like the funds to be debited to.

 

If you selected EFT and BPAY payment options, you'll be provided with a reference number for each batch after you tick the acknowledgement box, which you'll use to pay your super.

 

I recommend checking the status of the super batch in your payroll account. Here's how:

 

  1. Click on the Employees.
  2. Click on the Reports tab, then select Super Payments.
  3. Select the ID number to view additional information for a super payment.
