I have paid for my subsciption on QuickBooks Apple and they have taken the money but when I go into the app it is suspended and says to contact QuickBooks they can't help

Sometimes your browser stores old data that causes unexpected behavior in QBO. Since you already paid your subscription but it's still showing suspended, we can perform some steps. Sometimes your browser stores old data that causes unexpected behavior in QBO. Using incognito mode allows you to browse without storing internet history and cookies.

 

Follow these steps to bring up a private browser.

 

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl Shift N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl Shift P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

 

Also, clearing the cache will help the browser to fetch the latest version of the webpage and faster browsing experience: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues. Alternatively, we can use other supported browsers
