I have 'save and close' my 'cash on hand' expenses data. Can someone please advise where it is saved?

First, you can filter the date in the expense section to view the most recently saved data. Here’s how:

1. Go to Expenses.
2. Click the Filter.
   
3. Set the date.
4. Click Apply.

Additionally, you can also click the clock icon in the upper-left corner of the open expense transaction. This will display all recently saved transactions.

Another method is by clicking the search/magnifier icon. This will show all recently saved or added transactions.

You can also utilize the Audit log, which records all activities inside QBO.
