Question

I’ve been emailing for months. No one has fixed the issue with the/my app. There’s no income category for me to select when sorting my transactions. Very frustrated!

To ensure that I'm on the same page, may I know what specific transactions you're referring to? Any additional information will be much appreciated.

 

In the meantime, let's try clearing the app's cache to fix any errors in the system. Here's how:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks app, then click the Help menu at the top.
  2. Select Reset App Data.
