Question

My suppliers list is missing, quickbooks app. Can't add as I get a message saying that the supplier already exists. This feels like an update issue maybe? Thankyou

Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

The QuickBooks Online mobile app has limited features as compared to using the web browser. 

 

You can view and add vendors using the app. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the burger icon (three horizontal lines) and select ALL.
  2. Scroll down and select Suppliers from the Money out section.
  3. Tap the + icon to add a new one or click the vendor's name to see the details.
     

If the issue persists, let's use the trouble shooting steps below.

 

Clear app data:

 

  1. Open your device Settings.
  2. Select Apps (varies by device).
  3. Choose QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
  4. Select Clear data.
  5. Power down and restart your device.
  6. Uninstall and reinstall the app.
