I'd like to get this banking issue resolved right away. Can you share the name of your bank account? This way, I can check if there are related issues reported by other users. Any information will help us narrow things down. 

 

In the meantime, let's run a manual update to your bank account to refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let me guide you how.

 

In your QBO:

  1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
  2. Select the Banking tab.
  3. Locate and select your bank account.
  4. Click the Update button a couple of times.
