One of our team members is sending remittance advices and my email is cc'd into all of them - how can I remove my email from these bulk emails?

Hi debbie-efficienc,

 

Let me guide you on how to remove your email address to be CC'd from sending your remittance advice. Here's how:

 

  1. Click on the Settings icon.
  2. Click on Account & Settings.
  3. Click on the Expenses tab.
  4. Under Messages, verify your email is entered from the CC email address.
  5. Edit the settings and click on Save.
  6. Click on Done.

That's it. Moving forward your email address should no longer be CC'd when your team sends a remittance advice from QuickBooks Online.
