Our QB has not updated since 24/02/2024 has anyone else had this problem?

Hi user47363,

 

Are you referring to your bank transactions not updating your feeds since 24/02/2024? If so, let's use the trouble shooting steps below to isolate the situation encountered.

 

If your bank is connected with Standard feeds connection, let's Enter your bank sign-in info in QuickBooks. Here's how:

 

  1. Click on the Transactions tab and select Bank transactions.
  2. Click on the bank account affected.
  3. Click on Edit or pencil icon.
  4. Click on Edit sign in info.
  5. Manually enter your bank's User ID and password.
  6. Click on Save and connect.

Check if new transactions have downloaded in the for-review tab.

 

If your bank is connected with Direct feeds connection. Let's click on the Refresh button.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Customer Success Team. That way, they can check and escalate a ticket to our banking team.
