Welcome to the Community, @d-mccallion. I've got some information you need to help you with your concern about bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Beforehand, may I know the name of your bank? This way, we can better isolate if there's an issue with it.

Alternatively, you have the option to use the Exclude function in QBO to remove duplicate transactions in your bank feeds. Here's how:

  1. Go to Bookkeeping then click Transactions.
  2. Select Bank accounts.
  3. Choose the affected bank account, then in the For Review tab, tick the duplicate transactions.
  4. Then, select Exclude.

If you want to permanently delete these transactions from QBO, click the Excluded tab, then select the tick box to the left of the Date column to tick all transactions. Then Delete.

In addition, I've got this helpful resource to guide you further on how to remove bank transactions that show up as duplicates: How to remove duplicate bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

When everything is all set, you'll want to check out these articles for guidance. These can guide you further on how to categorize your transactions and reconcile your account flawlessly:
