Question

Recently Anz changed bank feeds security I am.unable to receive any transactions for last 4 days ,can anyone help to solve this issue.

Recently I was informed Anz bank altered bank feeds procedures as a result I have not received any transaction  feeds for 4 days  can anyone help.to solve this issue  thank you kindly.

Are you getting any error code for your ANZ bank account? Let's try to edit your bank sing-in info in QuickBooks to refresh the connection:

 

  1. Click on the Banking tab.
  2. Click on the ANZ account, and click on Edit or the pencil icon.
  3. Click on Edit sign in info.
  4. Enter your banks log in details.
  5. Click on Save and connect.

 

Check if the bank feeds is downloaded. If the issue persists, kindly disconnect the current connection and re-connect the bank using Direct feeds connection type. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
  2. Select Link account and choose ANZ. If you've already connected an ANZ bank account in the past, you may have a dialogue box appear when you select your ANZ bank account tile, prompting you to get direct feeds.
  3. Select Get direct bank feeds.
  4. Select your account type and enter your bank account info, then select Next.
  5. Select a QuickBooks account to link your bank account to (or create a new one) and then select Connect.
  6. Select Copy to copy your Unique reference number, then select Continue.
  7. Select Go to my bank to go to the ANZ Internet Banking site.
  8. Once you've logged in to the ANZ website, select the account you wish to activate direct bank feeds for.
  9. Under Manage Bank Feeds, select Activate a new bank feed and then select Intuit QuickBooks.
  10. In the Company ID text box, paste the code you copied from Step 6, then select Next.
  11. Select the account you want to connect with QuickBooks, then select Next.
  12. On the Review & confirm screen, check the bank account is correct and select Submit to finish setup.

 

Then, please allow 24-48 business hours for your direct feeds to be activated.
