Repeated transactions in ledger 8-10 times can't review them or confirm them to void them ledger

If you are seeing multiple instances of a single transaction, then I would like to suggest some steps to clear your browser data, if you are on a Windows browser. Please note, this will log you out of any websites you are logged into.

1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Del
2. Follow the prompts to clear your browser data
3. Try to review the transactions once again

If you try the troubleshooting steps and you still see multiple instances of the same transaction, please contact our support team:

1. Log in to QuickBooks Online
2. Select Help
3. Select Contact Us
4. Type in your inquiry and select Let's Talk
