I am trying to link a Coast Fuel credit card and I keep getting error 103. My password and user ID are correct so I am not sure what the problem is.

Hi adirwin,

Thanks for posting in the Community!

One of the reasons you are getting an error 103 when trying to connect your Coast Fuel Credit card in QuickBooks Online is due to the bank/credit card is not yet supported for the integration in QBO.

Since your bank isn't listed, you can request access through your bank by following the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Transactions tab.
  2. Click on Bank transactions.
  3. Click on Add or Connect account.
  4. Search for the name of your financial institution. If QuickBooks is unable to find your bank, you will get the message, "Hmm, we can’t find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of supported banks."
  5. If you’re unable to find your bank, click on Request support for your bank.
  6. Enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.

On the other hand, you can still add your bank transactions by manually uploading your transactions using a CSV file.  Check this link to learn more on how to import bank transactions: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks.

Feel free to reply to this post to learn more about adding banks in QuickBooks Online. I'ma round to help you.
