WHen I press EQUAL key in QBO I get redirected to https://c37.qbo.intuit.com/app/appDevTools - and lose what I was working on!

There are times that your default browser is filled with data and temporary files from previously visited websites. This could be the reason as to why you've been directed to https://c37.qbo.intuit.com/app/appDevTools when pressing the equal key.

I've run my QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and press the equal key. It seems to be fine. I've also checked this issue here in our system, and we've not received any reports of a similar issue about this.

To help fix this, kindly access your QBO account using an incognito window. This helps isolate the issue since it doesn’t store data in the cache.

You can use below keyboard shortcuts:

• Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
• Internet Explorer: Ctrl+Shift+P
• Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+
• Safari: Command+Shift+N

From there, get back on what you're working before and press the equal key. If it works, to ensure this doesn't happen again, it's a good idea to clear the cache of the browser you're using. However, if private browsing doesn't work, I'd suggest using other supported browsers.
