Which App is best for timesheets for employees?

There are multiple third-party applications available that you can integrate with QuickBooks Online. As much as I would love to, I'm unable to recommend any app. To be able to check the supported apps for timesheets in QuickBooks Online, you can check the Intuit App Center through apps.intuit.com. You will see a list of applications that you can integrate into QuickBooks Online.

Also, you can check QuickBooks Time (formerly Timesheet) as you can integrate that to your QuickBooks Online account and add employees for time tracking purposes. Check this link for more details about QuickBooks Time: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/au/time-tracking/.
