Why am i getting charged for mileage tracking

Mileage tracking is part of the QBSE subscription, Aliyah.

Another account might have been created when you downloaded the mobile app. To check if this is the case, I suggest contacting the QBSE support to check your account.

Here's how:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
2. On the upper right, select Help menu.
3. Click Contact us.
4. Fill in Ask a question (or tell us what's wrong), then select Search.
5. If you still need additional assistance, select Contact us.
