Why does the "Y" letter in the employer's company name "PTY" only show a half on my downloaded payslips?

I was trying to download the payslips and I found that the letter "Y" from "PTY" on the top right corner was cut in half. It seems that the company name was too long, yet the system did not put "PTY" on the next line. But it was all good in the preview version of the payslips. How can I fix that?

Let's perform some basic trouble shooting steps to isolate the unexpected behavior encountered when downloading the payslips in QuickBooks Online payroll. Let's start by using a new incognito window or other supported browser.

 


Use these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N


Once signed in, access and download the payslips once more. If the issue persists I recommend checking with other users if the issue is the same and or contact our Customer Care Team to further check your payroll account.
