Why is my quote not saving the new information I put on it????

For your situation, let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the behavior encountered. Let's start by signing to QuickBooks from a private (incognito) window: Here's how:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P

 

Then, log back in to QuickBooks Online and test if you can create a new quote and save the details or open an existing quote and edit them to add new details. If this works, go back to your default browser and initiate a clear cache and cookies. Sometimes cache stores up in the system causing problems on the web pages.
