Why will QBO not accept a transaction from BANKING - it asks for tax status which I have supplied already?

May I ask what specific error message is showing when you are trying to add a transaction to QuickBooks? We have known of a current error message regarding Tax Status but this should now be resolved. If you could please let us know the exact message.
