RE: Product Number error message
We attempted to download the 2021 Quick Books Desktop version and were prompted to enter a product number but the product number says invalid? Are we suppose to receive a new product number upon a new version or continue to use the current product number ?

Making sure you have the right license information is imperative to install your QuickBooks Desktop 2021 program. I'd be happy to point you in the right direction to get this license information.
QuickBooks Desktop releases yearly versions that add more features and updates that are requested by our customers. In order to update to the newest version you'd need to either have a subscription which you'll have access to the newest version that is emailed out every September. The other option would be to purchase it outright from either our sales team or from a number of stores throughout Canada.
