2024 Desktop Pro - T4A problem

Trying to efile my T4As through 2024 Desktop Pro. The SIN and Business # are all zeros on the forms. All subcontractors have SINs and the business # is in QB. Anyone have a solution?

Welcome to Community!  Thank you for confirming that your subcontractor information has been entered in QuickBooks Desktop accurately.  To ensure you're able to file the T4A's without error, I encourage you to contact us outside of Community.  This will provide us with the pleasure of working with you personally, so we can review the situation in more depth, and ensure you're able to e-file the T4A's as soon as possible!
