Hi sales296,

Thanks for reaching out to us in the QuickBooks Community. I'd be happy to help you secure your account in addition to the information provided above.

Here are some steps you can take to make sure your QuickBooks account is secure:

1. Change your password immediately. Make sure to use a strong password that is unique to your QuickBooks account.
2. Enable two-factor authentication again. This will add an extra layer of security to your account.
3. Check your account settings and make sure that there are no unfamiliar email addresses or phone numbers listed.
4. Review your account activity under Audit Log and look for any suspicious activity. If you see anything unusual, report it to QuickBooks support.
5. If you have any connected apps or services, revoke their access to your QuickBooks account.
6. Contact QuickBooks support and report the hack. They can help you secure your account and investigate the issue.

You can contact QuickBooks support by following these steps:

Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
Click the Help icon (?) in the top right corner of the screen.
Click Contact Us. Available M-F, 9 AM to 8 PM ET

If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

My account has been hacked 4 times. Three times from someone in Brazil

and once from someone in India. I keep changing my password and it isn’t working. Not sure what to do at this point. Really scary because they got into my checking account and got 7K. “Contact us” on the Intuit webpage is taking me in circles.

@EA57

4 times? Are you using your mobile phone or computer to access QBO?

Using my phone. Probably shouldn't.
