Accountant's Copy

Can my client send me an accountant's copy from 2022 Desktop Pro for me to open in 2022 Enterprise and me still be able to send them the change file to import?

Hi Atitude101,

 

Welcome to Community!  It's important to ensure QuickBooks Desktop versions are compatible with the Accountant's copy.  The accountant and client using this feature should ideally be using the same version or year of QuickBooks.  However, you can still use a different version as long as the gap is within one year and the accountant version is more recent.  Here's a helpful guide to assist you with the Accountant's copy workflow.
