Accountant to Personal transfer

I am looking to take back over all my own book keeping, My QB is thru my accountants end, I only use the app/online  QB on my end. Can my accountants desktop QB version of my small business be transferred to me, so I'm not having to start from scratch with everything.....??

I didn't get your question. You are using QuickBook Online and your accountant is using QuickBooks Desktop?

Well I would assume my accountant is using the lead-main QuickBooks system (desktop?) I want to fire my accountant and wondering about transferring my QB info to me vs having to start all over again.

If you are using QuickBooks Online and your accountant could access your account, it is possible your accoutant is using QuickBooks Online Accountant. If you are the master admin, you may delete any user access. Visit this following link for your reference:
