add interest fee statement for overdue invoices on Desktop invoice template

I am sure this is basic but cannot find what I need to do it right. I want on my invoices template to permanently have as a statement, explaining fees charged for overdue invoices. How do I make this happen.

Welcome to the Community. QuickBooks is a versatile program that helps you streamline your work using the powerful features offered in the program. Rest assured, I'll be happy to share more info so you're on the right track. 

 

The function you've described above isn't available in QuickBooks. You'd have to manually enter the amounts/fee in the line items. I can see the benefit of having this function and I encourage you to send feedback about this to our engineers. You can send feedback by clicking on the Help icon and looking for Send Feedback Online. In the meantime, I encourage you to check out the invoice template customization guide using this link here. This article shows you how you edit your invoices and other sales forms to your liking.
