Question

After accessing Quickbooks, I am unable to find any of my previous transactions or create new ones. I was accessing easily yesterday. Help?

Congrats on your first post in the Community! It's vital you're able to access your QuickBooks account so you can complete your work with ease. I'll be happy to share more info and help point you towards the right direction. 

 

I'd like to start off by troubleshooting this issue to determine if it's a browser-related issue. Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article that shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead. Try this out and let me know what happens. I also recommend making sure you're logging into the correct account as that could be the reason why you're not seeing any transactions.
