Question

After adding suppliers, customer, product, etc other users need to log out and back in to see change.

Is there a way to refresh QuickBooks after one user adds or changes a supplier, customer, or product for other users to see the addition/change instead of logging out and back in?

Hi there,

I know how important it is to see the changes you make in QuickBooks Online as soon as you make them. The beauty of an online platform is that you'll be able to access your account anywhere, but sometimes you'll need to prompt a refresh in order to see new information. I'd be happy to explain a few steps you can take so that you're seeing new suppliers, customers, or products after adding them.

Try clicking your browser's refresh button at the top of the page. If you're still not seeing your new changes, the best thing to do is log out of your account and back in. If you still have issues viewing your changes, clear your browser's cache and cookies. These stored Internet files can build up over time and cause bugs in the program. Here's how to clear them: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?

If the issue persists, try using an Incognito window in Google Chrome. This is a private window that runs independently from the rest of your browser. Here's more information about what that is and how to use it: Browse in private.
