Again my bank feed is not updating, it now seems to happen every other week, is anyone else experiencing this issue?
I'm fed up of the stock reply from qbo 'support' change your browser, clear your cache, etc., and it also appears they don't fix an issue unless there are a lot of complaints about it, not from the same person :) I don't have two hours to spend with their 'support' to go over a recurring issue. Does anyone have a similar problem? It's only one bank account, the rest seem to be okay. Please and thank you
