Question

All bank feeds disappeared for RBC Chequing and VISA. Any advice here? Opened a new QBO account and still getting the same error. Desperate for a solution...

All my bank feeds from 2023 disappeared for my Visa and Chequing accounts. I've been on the phone 3 times with customer service and no solution. Customer service suggested I get my .csv statements from RBC but I can't get them for 2023 since it was too long ago.

I figured this must be an error so I started a new Quickbooks account and the exact same error are happening. I ever deactivated my 2FA for my RBC to see if that would help but nothing. Really confused and getting frustrated since my book keeping was almost done.

Any advice here? Thank you so much.

Welcome to the Community. Your banking is a vital part of your account. It's important you're able to get the support you need in order to move forward with your work. 

 

To get started, I recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article that shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. Otherwise, I recommend manually uploading your bank transactions using the steps provided in this article here.
