Is there any way that I can have all my LISTS  come up AUTOMATICALLY " NOT SORTING EVERY TIME"

   LAST FIRST (recent needed often)

   OLD (rarely needed) LAST.  

 

 

It seems to me that this would be the automatic setting as who needs to see a 10 year old item on a daily basis.

Thanks for reaching out here.  QuickBooks Online is designed to organize your information based on the most recent activity.  I'd be happy to provide more information so your lists remain sorted to your preference.

 

Initially, I recommend clearing cache on your browser to ensure temporary files aren't affecting your system's performance.  If your most recent transactions aren't showing the most recent first, click on the ▼ beside the Date heading to reorganize the list.  If the issue persists, please don't hesitate to contact us outside of Community, so we can work with you directly and ensure you're able to accomplish your QuickBooks goals as soon as possible.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
