I waste ALOT of time rearranging my lists EVERY TIME I go in to them.  Example invoice list DOES NOT COME UP in  invoice order unless I make them every time.  Is there a way to stop QB online from rearranging them their way

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  QuickBooks Online simplifies how your information is listed when creating your forms.  I'd be happy to provide some insight here!

 

When reviewing your invoice list, you can arrange the order by clicking on the ▼ dropdown in the column headings.  This will rearrange your list without you having to do it manually.  If you'd like to submit a suggestion to our Development Team, go to Settings ⚙ and select Feedback.  Recommendations for product updates and feature improvements are greatly appreciated to help improve your overall customer experience with QuickBooks Online.
