Am in Canada, after the mileage form changed to miles and eventually back to km. I can no longer enter in personal mileage it only offers business mileage.

I love that you're taking advantage of the Mileage feature in QuickBooks Online. Being able to sort through your trips to mark them as business or personal is useful, especially when you have automatic mileage tracking turned on, and I see what you mean about the old way no longer presenting those options. Fortunately, I have some insight into this which I can share with you below.

There have been some updates to the Mileage feature, including how you can sort business versus personal trips in the program. Once a trip has been entered, whether manually or using automatic tracking, what you'll do is log into QuickBooks Online via a browser and then navigate to the Mileage tab. There, select the checkbox for the trip or trips that you'd like to sort as personal, and then choose the Mark As Personal option. Here's a screenshot for visual reference.

Give that a shot and see if it does the trick. I know that this adds a few extra steps to the process, so I encourage you to submit feedback about it to our product development team if you have ideas about changes we can make to it.
