An error occurred while registering your email. Go to User Profile Settings to check if this email has been verified by you. Email is verified but still wont work.

When receiving an error message, it's important to complete some basic browser troubleshooting. These steps can often resolve the issue. I know how important it is for QuickBooks Online to be working as intended, so you can continue to focus on running your business.  

 

Give these steps a try: 

 

1. Clear your cache and cookies by using the following instructions: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files? Doing this will give your browser a clean slate and remove any bugs or stored Internet files that may be causing issues in QuickBooks Online.

 

2. Go Incognito. Incognito mode is a private browsing mode you can use with Google Chrome. Here's more information about what it is and how to use it: Browse in private.

 

3. Use a different browser all together.
